I am a Sr. Project Manager for diverse market sectors including aviation, healthcare, laboratory, bio research, university, k-12 education, central plant, commissioning, civic and justice areas across the country. I lead a versatile and growing engineering team in Southern California and manage design, specification and submittal of plan check documents for the Mechanical and Plumbing design disciplines. I manage client communication and identify opportunities to bring value-add to the built environment for diverse types of facilities. My responsibilities include business development, documentation of calculations and general project management. By working with me and my skilled team, you will gain an understanding of the complexities of your project and delivery of the design on time.

Sr. Engineer for healthcare, health, science and laboratory projects that had high demands for schedule and quality. Experience in HVAC/Plumbing design, specification, selection, coordination and construction administration. Project experience included new ground-up hospitals, additions, renovations and master planning, as well as large central plant projects, energy modeling, load calculations, sustainability studies, geothermal, and equipment replacement. Projects located in Arizona, California, Indiana, Ohio, Nevada, New York, and Texas. I also communicated and managed client issues and was active in business development and proposal writing.
