 Engineer of quality assurance for Verimatrix, INC. Verimatrix creates a streaming video and video on demand security software that encrypts and decrypts media streams sent over the internet and used by cable companies all over the world. This application takes mpeg media data and encrypts data and passes it through the internet to the subscriber and then decrypts the data using security keys. This application runs on SQL or Oracle databases. I helped to develop the entire testing process for server side and front end testing and release process. Installed an issue tracking system that was adopted by the entire development, customer service and quality assurance teams. Responsible for maintaining the issue tracking software from the server side. Conducted world wide training for the new software to the entire company within ISO standards.

 Director of quality assurance for Bandalong INC. Bandalong created a user friendly chat program called IMSTAR. This application used 3D avatars that users could shop in an online store and purchase clothes and accessories for their avatar. I helped to develop and manage the entire testing process for server side and front end testing and release process.

 Manager of quality assurance for Leap Wireless INC. Leap Wireless offers Cricket Communications to over 40 markets nation wide. Cricket Communications is a wireless cellular network that offers unlimited local calling at a flat rate. Leap Wireless also uses a number of web-based applications for internal and external customers. As manager I am responsible for over seeing and managing the entire testing process for all products that are released internally or publicly to all customers. This involves managing a process that was created to test each market in a timely manner. This includes working with over 40 people throughout Leap’s markets.
