Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Current- Led initiative to automate fluid dispense process by designing mechanical assembly to secure components to automated systems and developing a program to accurately and efficiently dispense fluid into components, resulting in an 83% reduction in operator touch-time and a 38% decrease in operation time- Leading investigations into poor yield rates of brazing processes by managing communications with multiple contract manufacturers and diverse failure analysis techniques to identify root causes of manufacturing failures, with expected significant improvements in yield rates- Managed the manufacturing of various production-level electromechanical test stations for a neuro-stimulating implant and associated charging devices, leading to a 76% decrease in non-conformances per test station and 110% increase of total test stations built or reworked per month-Title changed from Intern to Associate in September 2024 (same responsibilities)
