Handling Contract Management for both Customer and Supplier relating to Sales and Purchase contracts in SAP-SCM.  Monitoring contract progress in terms of coordinating with sourcing teams (Signed contracts).  Analyze the nature of contracts (Item-based/Supplier-based/Commodity-based contracts) based on the nature of contracts initiate contract compliance process.  Completes bid acceptance checklists of contracts or addendums from Purchase / Sales in addition to bid response forms to ensure accurate implementation of contracts and customer information.  Audits contracts or addendums for accuracy and completeness.  Maintaining all contract compliance sheets in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tool.  Upload relevant supporting documents as part of the Contract compliance process (e.g. Sales & Purchase contracts, Addendum, Amendments, and Notice of Fixation etc.).  Linking contracts with various budgetary systems.  Working for Global Pricing Management.  Handling the export and import documentation of key account customers.  Responsible for updating various shipment rates provided by the carrier from trade line managers along with the tariff and surcharge details. Updating the tariff given by the carrier as per region category.  Updating various clusters globally for different shipments from the FCL (Inland charges) rates.  Supporting Claim settlement, commission/brokerage fee, freight payment and other Direct and Indirect costs correspond to GL and cost center
