Leading a team of 14 individuals, my role was to ensure the timely collection of all outstanding invoices remaining with Nortel following the divestiture of its business units; and to facilitate the winding down process of over 15 companies in the Asia Pacific region via the systematic cleaning up of the Balance Sheet.

As part of the Wireless Telecommunications Division within Nortel Networks, my role was to coordinate the Profit & Loss (P&L) and Working Capital (WC) forecasting and reporting processes for the LG-Nortel (LGN) Joint Venture, reporting directly to the LGN CFO. As part of my mandate, I supervised one staff and oversaw all inter-company transactions between LGN and other Nortel Business Units.
