Manufacturing plant with more them 100M€ sales and Headcount of 1200.Assure the management of the plant, including CODIR team, production units managers and of the support functions managers (HR, Quality, Finance, Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics) in order to achieve the targets delineated for security, quality, costs, deliveries and stock plan;• Ensure customer satisfaction and suppliers performance improvement;• Build and achieve the plant budget including investment optimization.;• Define a implement the deployment plan for the Faurecia Excellence System;• Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and plant security;• Fulfil legal responsibilities. Fulfil interface with local authorities;• Manage plant social context and labor relations, stimulating high-level motivation and presence;• Develop future Faurecia experts and managers;• Optimize plant lay-out and equipment usage;• Ensure manufacturing transfers and new projects launches
