Recruited by Director of Operations to help with reservations and social media and have since taken on several areas of daily operations including social media management, new employee onboarding and training, payroll, & scheduling, as well as all clerical work for the behind the scenes aspects of the venue. Have been part of team decisions and planning for expansion of the BOL brand to include two additional outlets.• Manage all reservations and customer support, handling bookings and contracts, as well as all reviews and customer feedback.• In-House Graphic design; menus, event posters and signage, additional marketing materials. • Serve as part-time floor manager, overseeing multiple outlets and private event space, staff and daily operations.
