Also proposed a new trainer position, overseeing call center onboarding and employee development and engagement. The position was created and of the methods I shared most were implemented post my transition into a new job, Veristor.Special Project 2 (Nov 2014): During the implementation of a new program I recognized the overseeing executive was misinformed about the knowledge base of the employees and was unprepared to, and incapable of, filling the gaps and I stepped in. I in turn trained over 200 people, groups of 50 & up, in a new program for the Ophthalmology department while supporting several floors of other agents with troubleshooting issues and resolutions. This was a critical project for Emory Healthcare which I received company wide recognition and was featured via Emory's main website front page; for both my invaluable skills in program troubleshooting and my training expertise. This project spanned over four weeks.
