Built and managed a technology support company from the ground up, supporting over 50 small and medium sized businesses and over 500 devices in the New York metropolitan area. BIOS Computers has been the technology support vendor for businesses in various industries including multiple global retail companies with locations across the United States. • Analyze client business and current-state technology infrastructure, translating business needs into a well-defined IT strategy for improved reliability, flexibility and cost-savings across all areas of the company • Design project plans and lead engineering teams to seamlessly implement new products and services on time, within budget and with minimal interference to day-to-day operations• Primary client relationship contact developing proposals, presenting current-state analysis and ensuring client satisfaction across all engagements• Monitor the 24/7 support team to ensure timely completion of on-site and remote client support• Deploy and maintain Windows Server environments running Microsoft Exchange and various industry-specific applications on Dell, HP and VMware ESXi platforms, behind Cisco ASA / PIX security appliances• Coordinate with the relevant technology vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, to a high quality and within budget• Develop and oversee back-office processes, including accounts payable and billing • Responsible for company wide human resource functions, including hiring, terminations, regular performance reviews and compensation discussions
