In this challenging role, I developed company business model for this cloud-based solutions provider serving program administrators, insurance carriers, managing general agents, agencies, producers, and third-party administrators facing service and technology challenges. I also directed operations and made strategic decisions about technology. Much of my success can be attributed to my willingness to work with investors, private equity firms, and potential investors to raise capital for growth opportunities. Part of this required me to oversee the development of new product designs with accompanying market approaches and lead them to become fully automated product lines and reported to board and investors quarterly, coordinating investor pitch decks and meeting documents. Some of my key accomplishments during this time include: conducting rigorous analysis to secure clients an excess of 25% savings in operating expenses; implementing cloud-technology systems that enabled clients to go to market on new product launches in 50% less time; and building organization from ground up with minimal start-up investment.

My most significant contributions to this company include: leading organization to experience a growth of $3.96B in 6 years; designing and orchestrating implementation of shared services group for start-up organization made up of 7 departments and 4 outsourced groups to support 4 insurance agencies, two insurance companies, and a London syndicate on-time and within budget; spearheading a campaign to automate internal processes and built an entire infrastructure that resulted in a business lines savings of 25%; and designing a data integrity model and saving the company 70% after implementation while creating operations with less than 1% error ratios.

In this position, I was charged with rebuilding domestic organization in 90-days to secure service premiums of $700M while directing development of operations and systems to support global franchise. This required me to work alongside clients to captive programs and innovative solutions in response to chronic insurance funding issues. Within this, I owned responsibility for reporting reinsurance placements, rendering, reconciliation, and problem resolution for reinsurers every month.
