2000-2002 Line Coordinator with respect to Trafic and Drivers accountable for Lines 3, 4 and 8. Responsibility for tests and commissioning of Line 8 expansion from Nuevos Ministerios to Mar de Cristal and new 8000 series trains.2002-present Line Coordinator with overall responsibility with respect to Trafic, Drivers, Stations & Stations personnel and first line station maintenance. This responsibility has been developed with lines 4, 7 and ML1 (Light Metro 1). From 2004 to present lines 4 and ML1.Main responsibilities:Testing and commissioning of line 4 extension and new 3000 series trains.Testing and commissioning of new lightmetro 1 (ML1) and Alstom Citadis new trains. First lightmetro line to be commissioned in Madrid.Coordination with departments (Engineering, Civil Works…) responsible for the extensions and improvement works, from the operational point of view and in terms of customer and workers conditions, both in the design and development stage and in works’ execution.Personnel Management: Drivers, Customer Service staff and maintenance staff (350+ personnel) and directly in charge of a team of 22 middle managers.Coordination with Maintenance ( infrastructure, stations and trains), Security and Cleaning, proposing measures to achieve optimal service delivery.Propose, develop and implement processes and actions in the face of continuous quality improvement, reliability and regularity of service.Detect training needs to be included in the training plan and monitor compliance and effectiveness of the training.To encourage, participate and implement internal communication actions with my staff.Contribution to the achievement of the goals and milestones outlined in the Management by Objectives on an annual basis.Organization of personnel, resources and facilities for hosting events of great impact on the cityCoordination of commercial activities in stations in accordance with Company Policy.KPI and design improvement plans
