Prior to that, he was the Sr. Vice President, SMB Business at RealPage, where he oversaw the Propertyware, Kigo and Buildium platforms.Chris joined RealPage after selling Buildium, a leading property management software company, to RealPage for $580 million in 2019. He first served as Buildium’s first Chief Customer Officer, managing the customer-facing teams for the business, and then transitioned to Buildium’s CEO in 2018.Before joining Buildium, Chris was SVP and Chief Revenue Officer at Constant Contact, where he spent ten years scaling the business through its billion-dollar sale to Endurance in February of 2016. Prior to Constant Contact, Chris was part of the team which transformed Rational Software (provider of Software Tools for Software Developers) from a company of individual point products to a company of suite based tools for specific roles on a software development team. Chris then joined IBM when Rational Software was acquired by IBM in 2003 where he served as the Program Exec managing the worldwide deployment of Siebel Marketing throughout all IBM Software Group Brands.
