I am currently optimizing Community HousingWorks data collection and reporting process from the back end data structure to the front end user experience. In the course of my duties I oversee a database containing over 9,000 active residents living across our 42 properties, as well as data regarding company financial information and resident services. I report regularly on this data using over 10 custom built MS Power BI dashboards, including 5 that I built from the ground up.In my time here I have collaborated with 5 of our 7 departments to build more than 20 data collection and workflow applications using Kintone software in order to meet their business and data collection needs . In coordination with the CEO and COO, I have overseen 15 organization-wide data collection and reporting efforts in order to maintain partnerships important to the CHW mission.Moving forward, my goal is to further increase the efficiency of data collection by implementing automated workflows, as well as assisting our fundraising department in building and implementing a new CRM systmem.
