Key Responsibilities:• Review C.V.s of linguists on different job portals and connect with them via email/phone for full-time as well as freelancing opportunities at CMM Languages.• Responsible for creating accurate job advertisements and posting them on popular language portals meant for international translators and interpreters.• Converse on Skype with international linguists and shortlist appropriate translators based on their online profiles for various assignments.• Provide timely feedback to translation test takers by coordinating with our team of reviewers.• Assist freelance translators by responding to their doubts/queries upon their selection to join CMM Languages via email and/or phone.• Maintain the required HR databases.
