Universal Access to learning for all individuals in any educational setting (both formal and informal) - I look to move the focus of my career towards outreach to individuals, who have not had the opportunity or the understanding of the accessibility to opportunities and educational situations alike. Growing relationships with surrounding communities as well as understanding primary audience needs is an exciting avenue I would like to navigate. As educators, we do not have all the answers, but what we do have are a set of skills to help the learner through their learning processes.
