As a Quantum Scientist with Booz Allen Hamilton, I am working alongside government clients to conduct research and development in fields of interest across the breadth of quantum physics with a focus on superconducting quantum systems and networking. I apply my strong background in quantum communications and computational astrophysics, as well as my extensive computational experience in Python, Julia, MATLAB, and HPC environments, to create and test realistic models of quantum network performance and reliability.I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with an MS in Applied Mathematics in Dec 2022, where I also earned my Bachelor's degree in Physics/Applied Mathematics in 2021. During my studies, I participated in multiple research projects, ranging from URI and MIT to NASA, covering topics such as quantum communications simulation, gravitational wave detection, and radio astronomy. I also gained teaching experience as an Instructor of Record and a teaching assistant for various mathematics and physics courses. I am passionate about advancing the field of quantum communications and contributing to the exploration of space.

Research AssociateMit Haystack Observatory Jun 2020 - Aug 2020In this NSF Research for Undergraduates (REU) program, I worked with Dr. Kazunori Akiyama to image the quasar 3C279 from data gathered in a spectrum of wavelengths, from the VLBA MOJAVE array at v = 15GHz to the Global mm-VLBI Array (GMVA) + phased ALMA observations, which were at v = 86GHz. These images were then processed through a Jupyter notebook to discern the relative jet width evolution over time, which were then overlaid using matplotlib. This graph of overlaid jet profiles was analyzed to discover the collimation rate of the jet, which is a measure of how the jet profile changes over time. -
