He is the founder and CEO of Thellesi Company Limited - a Marketing, Communications and PR agency serving social organisations including governments, Non-governmental organisations, Not-for-profit organisations among others. He has specialised in this niche for over 10 years, a period in which he has served nearly all major NGOs in Kenya. As clearly seen in his character, Conrad is a people’s person. He believes in the African adgage ‘people are wealth’ and that everyone deserves a chance to tell their story and to be heard. He is also deliberate about building and keeping relationships, as they have contributed greatly to who he is today and the legacy he is building.Conrad is passionate about mentorship and empowering the next generation of decent women and men. When he is not solving problems or talking with people, he can be found spending time with his sons, cycling, driving, grilling or having coffee with someone as they contemplate on life.
