Implementation Specialist
Current- Manage multiple account POS implementations across Canada, the United States and Mexico;
- Collect data and business requirements and draft Statements of Work according to client requests for system customization;
- Conduct meetings with clients to collect data and documents in order to program and implement their POS system;
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team providing real case scenarios for system testing, and participate in user acceptance testing for live system cut over processes and deployments;
- Provide onsite and virtual training and ongoing support to clients pre and post implementation;
