This pivot led to the $186m acquisition by Omnitracs.I was responsible for go-to-market strategy, product strategy, hardware certification, integration partnerships, UX, and managed an 8 person product team.

Intervolve was a startup technology provider for beverage distributors, and one of the first in the market with B2B mobile/cloud platform.I helped Intervolve become one of the dominant players in the space, achieving software certification by Anheuser-Busch, and expanding market opportunities with MillerCoors and wine distributors.I was responsible for all things product and marketing: product roadmap, product requirements, market launch, marketing plans, PR, lean generation, sales collateral and events.

I led the professional services department for this startup, including product implementation, training, business consulting, technical consulting, EDI integrations and data services. I grew the team from myself to 4 consultants and doubled service revenues for the average engagement.
