We had this killer Laboratory Information Management System that was seriously a game-changer for our customers in the manufacturing, automotive, cosmetics, environmental healthcare, and food industries.I had this cool role where I got to guide customers on how to use our system. And it wasn't just about showing them the ropes, I also got to create custom software for them. It was all about understanding their needs and then tailoring our system to be a perfect fit.The best part? Most of the software development was happening in India. So, not only did I get to dig into the tech side of things, but I also got to work with an awesome team of developers from a completely different culture. It was really eye-opening to see how they approached problems and came up with solutions. It was this awesome platform where you could book all these quirky and inspiring locations for events, meetings, you name it. And we didn't stop there, we made it so you could arrange for snacks, drinks, equipment, even extras like overnight stays or activities. It was like booking a hotel or flight but for event locations.Then there was this project for 010 autoverhuur, where we created a car rental system. We also developed this super smart planning system for mechanics, made sure they didn't have to drive around too much. And I can't forget to mention the workflow system we developed for Imtech, that was a cool project.The team was tight-knit, real multi-disciplinary group. I got to play a big part in that. I was there pushing our dev team to switch from VB to C#, and as a .NET developer, I was crafting top-notch DotNetNuke solutions for our clients.
