Maintain a cooperative relationship with all stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget. Actively consult with alI project stakeholders to ensure that the design intentions are achieved. Ensure that the construction site and direct sub-contractors are supervised to ensure standards of building performance, quality, costs, schedules and safety are maintained. Provide monthly reports with recommendations on project variances, milestones and issues. Liaise with RWCC and contractors to communicate status, milestones and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain a continuous improvement in Quality, WHS and all other compliance requirements.Maintain and enforce all RWCC policy and procedure requirements.
