Responsible for governance and control of the contract portfolio of Managed Services and Support & Maintenance, supporting the Services Director. Leader of the team of Processes and Tools for service delivery to clients, focused on development, improvement and best practices.Main achievements:- Implementation of the first Logicalis's own data center in Latin America for providing Cloud Solutions to regional and global clients.- Project Optimal - Phase 1: Management and implementation of the global platform for Managed Services of Logicalis Group in Brazil, United States and United Kingdom.- Expansion of standards and service models adopted in Brazil for all Latin America, with integration of the main call centers in the region (Buenos Aires and São Paulo) for expert professional services.
