Responsible for the entire administrative process on both the customer and candidate sides after a deal has been closed. Link between the business, the customer and the candidate in recording deal information from placement to invoicing. Ensures that correct data is processed. Communicate with clients and candidates to check and document deal information. Contact various parties if necessary information is missing. Draws up contracts and ensures that signed agreements are sent to the parties involved in a timely manner. Responsible for up to date registration in the CRM system. Regular contact with the business and keeps them informed of problems that prevent correct processing of data and invoicing. Maintains contact with the legal department if agreement must be reached between parties about adjustments to conditions in the contract.

Responsible for internal correspondence throughout phone calls & email.Responsible for administrative matters of agreements made from customers throughout the country.
