Business Analyst - iScheduler Project- Comprehensive Gap Analysis of eHealh conformance standards against developed and planned business processes for iScheduler (Centralized Scheduling system for Diagnostic Imaging)- Investigated and assessed the iScheduler application’s compliance with privacy and security conformance standards - Developed and documented the User Management processes- Developed and documented a role-based access model that was compliant with the eHealth conformance standards and provincial access model to the fullest extent possible- Worked in collaboration with the eHealth project team and leadership

Medical Imaging - Cardiology and Radiology- Responsible for planning, development, implementation and transition of multiple clinical systems implementation/upgrade projects with overall Capital budgets of $1.5M- Coordinated the hardware/software infrastructure expansion on the Bycast StorageGRID (DICOM archive) expanding the cross-health authority access to digital images and reducing the reliance on manual archive processes and copying to external media- Managed all aspects of the St. Paul’s Hospital Cath Lab system upgrade, including client and server hardware, software, and HL7 ADT interface. This led to improvements in performance, backup/recovery processes and service level agreements- Led and coordinated several improvements to the Regional MUSE Cardiology system, including ADT, Orders and Results interfaces and an upgrade to an online clinical viewing tool - Negotiated several vendor contracts, including Philips, Bycast ( NetApp) and GE Healthcare
