Ensuring Statutory Compliance and correspondence with relevant government departments, Conducting Internal HR Audits, formulating and enforcing/implementing company policies & procedures. Applying and Implementation of FIFO, PPE kits, HSE, Mock Drill, Kaizen & 5s methodology for more organized and productive workspace. Apart from this, organizing Training and Development programs from time to time to the employees for their skill development. Handling employee’s grievances and co-ordinating with the lawyer in matters relating to employees/company court cases.

To play an active role in the formation and operation of various committees.

Taking care of Canteen, Housekeeping, Transportation, Pest Control & security Management. For quick help to the retired employees, to withdraw the amount deposited in their provident fund account after their retirement, filling the handwritten Gratuity & Provident Fund withdrawal form along with necessary documents and submitting it to the related departments. Also handling all legal matters (Civil, Criminal, NCLT & DRT & etc.) of the organization.

Responsible for Drafting of civil suits, written statements, criminal complaints, miscellaneous applications and appearing in district courts and outside city courts to contest the cases as well as analyzing cases.
