Utilizing skills and experience of Senior Project Management duties with expansion into developing strategic plans for growth, meeting with and working closely with other Company executives, negotiating contracts and agreements, analyzing reports and financial statements, and managing Office and Field Managers from project conception to completion. Within these responsibilities, continues to act as Construction Manager for owners to coordinate and manage project architects, engineers, including permit acquisition.Projects completed include over eleven (11) custom estates and five (5) commercial tenant improvements on the San Francisco Peninsula.

Project management of high-end residential construction projects and commercial tenant improvements including large estates, MRI medical facilities, microchip manufacturing facilities, structural upgrades, estate deconstruction, remodels, etc. from the negotiation phase through estimating, construction, and post construction. Within these responsibilities, also acted as construction manager for owner to coordinate and manage project architects, engineers, including permit acquisition.Projects completed include over nine (9) custom estates and five (5) commercial tenant improvements on the San Francisco Peninsula.
