Applications include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access - most editions including 2010), Microsoft Eatec, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008, Symantec Backup Exec, VMware, TMW (Logistics ERP), etc... Limited experience in Linux Distributions and Fortinet firewalls. Hardware knowledge includes servers, PC’s/workstations, and laptop installation and maintenance, as well as various peripherals including routers, switches, printers, PDA’s, cell phones. I’ve handled support calls (Helpdesk role) for both hardware and software issues for on-site and off-site personnel.Within the Accounting field, I have performed A/R, A/P, and Cost Accounting functions efficiently and accurately. Accounting software experience includes Intuit QuickBooks (Pro, Premier and Enterprise Editions), Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Axapta and SAP (finance & manufacturing modules).
