End-to-end development of the "Client Services Dashboard" which received a 2014 "Excellence in Innovation" nomination. This solution highlighted critical focus areas across a multitude of data sets and provide visual management to ensure standard work was being followed. Eliminated Muda in processes by automating previously manual data collection processes and pro-actively alerting associates only when action was required. Improved associate productivity by an average of 20% based on time studies performed before and after implementation. The resulting time savings was approximately 1.6 hours per associate per day, the equivalent of nearly 15 1/2 FTE (Full Time Equivalent).End-to-end development of the OTIF (On Time in Full) analytical solution. This tool was instrumental in helping Beckman Coulter Dx diagnose and address root cause issues preventing us from shipping products to our customers on time. This was the first large-scale merger of Oracle ERP transactional data with 3rd party logistics information for Beckman Coulter Dx. OTIF solution became an integral part of a 2-year long initiative by providing critical daily management information and root cause identification. Worked with cross-functional from all areas of Beckman Dx to help drive solutions, followed by sustainment.See attachment for more details.
