Clayton joined Tipping Structural Engineers (TSE) in October, 2014. For the past few years, Clayton has been involved on a variety of structural design projects that ranged from single story community centers to multi-story residential structures and multi-building school campuses. During his time at TSE, Clayton has worked on projects in steel, concrete, masonry, timber and light-gage framing. He has experience in advanced software packages like Perform, RAM Structural, RAM ConcePT, ETABS and RISA3D. He's also proficient in AutoCAD and is currently getting up to speed in Revit 2017.Clayton's largest project thus far was a new architecture office in Oakland, California. This office was located on a unique space, which required the retention of existing masonry walls combined with new steel moment frames and a masonry shear wall core.
