To help connect with friends and colleagues who I've met along the way... I grew up in Princeton - swam for Nassau & Eastern Express before going to Peddie. Went to Brown University, coached swimming for the Squids, then headed to VA to coach & teach at WFS/BASS. After 3 yrs, came to LA and worked at TBWA/Chiat/Day for just under 1 year. While getting my MA in Education, I taught, coached, and did a variety of administrative duties at the Army and Navy Academy. After 4 yrs, I moved to Seaside to work at CSUMB, then headed back to the San Diego area to work at MiraCosta in the Community Education and Workforce Development office. After a little over 10 years, I took the Director of Research and Education position at a mental health treatment center start-up, HopeWay.
