• Conducted health sciences literature searches using Ovid Medline, CINAHL, PsycInfo, and Cochrane• Provided instruction, orientation, and assistance in the use of library services• Developed online resource library from the creation of metadata scheme to the design and testing of search interface• Developed workflow for the cataloging of Partnership-produced publications and resources • Researched, developed, and presented a best practices guide to copyright and the use of scholarly resources

• Developed and delivered learner-centred information literacy instruction • Provided friendly, accurate, and timely reference services • Created online course guides promoting the best, discipline-specific research tools available • Designed and produced online tutorials and screencasts• Provided reference assistance to students, faculty, staff, and community patrons on both the Ask Us Desk and virtually on Ask a Librarian chat

• Collections development: selected, purchased, and catalogued special collection of LGBTQ-themed graphic novels, comics, and zines• Liaised with Weldon Library Information Resources unit, IT, graphic designers, media sponsors and carpenters to prepare collection for launch deadline• Coordinated staff and volunteers for cataloguing, scanning, and arrangement of materials• In partnership with IT, developed a unique classification system for the Queer Graphica collection• Other duties: staffed reference desk, trained volunteers, interviewed candidates, planned and promoted events including social media communications, press releases, and design of promotional materials
