CM Roofing Pros, LLC (CMRP) is an experienced Commercial and Residential Restoration and Reconstruction General Contractor that will assist the policy holder in the entire claim process with our team of licensed public adjusters to make sure that the insurance company pays you, the insured, a fair settlement for damages caused by the covered peril so we can begin the restoration or reconstruction process. We have a combined experience of over 20 years in the insurance restoration industry as a commercial and residential roofing and general contractor. We work with all covered perils from water damage (pipe burst), fire and storm (hail, wind, tornado, hurricane).We have certified Xactimate software estimators and licensed public adjusters on our team. We will submit all necessary documentation such as; estimates, sketches, and invoices. Once we are successful with the policy holder's claim, we reconstruct the damaged property with insurance proceeds plus deductible.We install all brands of asphalt composition shingles, tile and metal roofing, commercial roof coatings, EPDM, TPO among other commercial and industrial roofing systems.
