• Primary project was a collaboration with HHMI’s Janelia campus called MouseLight, and involved mapping neural circuitry to examine whole-brain connectivity in large-scale, whole-brain datasets. • Generated complete morphological reconstructions of over 100 individual neurons in both 2D and 3D. Reconstructions were semi-automated, however still required significant manual assistance. Created consensus neurons which were mapped across the brain.• Also performed more traditional retrograde tracing experiments, which required the injection of tracers via stereotaxic surgery.• Other projects included study of Layer 5 corticothalamic neurons, and an auditory project – with analysis, and quantification of hair cells in Tmie KO mice. Imaging and analysis performed using IMARIS.
