Current Responsibilities: • Ensuring the preparation of risk based Internal Audit Plan including outsourced processes• Managing and delivering the assigned audits across the group (UK / Asia) within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters• Handling the SOX management testing and COSO testing for 2 entities in the UK• Conducting Quality Assurance of all internal audits • Efficiently managing a team of 3 qualified staff members• Responsible for managing projects to comply with solvency II requirements of Prudential UK Highlights:• Accredited with the Award of: o‘Star of the Year’ in 2007 and 2009 o‘People Manager of the Year’ in 2010 and 2011• Served as the Member of the Talent Pool• Managed Audits across 10 countries within Asia and Europe• Managed SOX assignments for asset management as well insurance company in UK• Helped in taping the revenue and effective cost management and robust governance structure• Initiated various parameters and methods for measuring Internal Audit initiatives to map the audit status as per the methodology and international guidelines
