Since January of 2014 I have been responsible for coordinating all IT work related to Paramount's Medicaid product line after the previously responsible party had to take an unexpected leave of absence. Paramount has seen explosive growth in the Medicaid line of business after our statewide expansion in 2013, and the IT efforts enabling us to handle the additional growth while meeting all applicable state requirements have been extensive.Since September of 2014 I have been tasked with supervising a team of contractors Paramount hired to implement a new system to automate our provider load.Additionally I serve as both a business and technical mentor for members of the development team.
