To provide computer support for hardware and software by telephone, e-mail, chat and remote utilities for resolution of customer issues to ensure quality support and professional standards on each contact. January - August 2004 (Okinawa Japan) Managed and maintained Commanding and Executive Officer's schedules. Promoted international courtesy by learning foreign customs while developing friendships with Japanese nationals. Picked up passengers at prearranged locations. Performed routine vehicle maintenance.August 2004 - August 2006 (San Deigo, California) Used Microsoft PowerPoint to create informative and educational classes. Assisted customers in the completion forms in accordance with policy. Audited travel related payments for accuracy. Verify completeness and accuracy of subordinates' work, computations, and records.
