Project: Barzan Onshore Project Ras Gas | Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar• After exceptional performance in PMP, I have been promoted and appointed as Senior Mechanical Engineer in Barzan On shore project. In this Project I took lead as Area Incharge and successfully completed and handover the assigned area to the operations.Achievements as Senior Construction Engineer• Responsible for mechanical construction and assured the work is done in accordance with the AFC package, ASME specifications and standards.• Ensured the team has sufficient resources, material, and work front to complete the job and targets.• Ensured the construction works are being carried out safely and following quality standards. • Carryout the safe lifting of equipment after reviewing rigging studies and lifting plan.• Optimized the fabrication process by implementation of latest fabrication tools and equipment to meet the target. • Designed spool yard and lay down areas, Implemented Bar-Code system to trace out the spools movement.

Project: Plateau Maintenance Project (PMP) Qatar GasMechanical Engineer • Appointed as a mechanical engineer for PMP project. This large-scale project includes ~ 7500 Ton of equipment, 7600 Ton of steel structure and 750,000 dia inches of piping. I have led and manage the piping fabrication including 2” to 64“dia SS / CS and Jacketed piping. Moreover, also carried out the execution works in the brown field of Qatar Gas Processing Facility along with the experience of planning and the execution of shutdowns. Achievements as Mechanical Engineer: • Being Piping incharge, successfully accomplished the piping fabrication targets. The piping includes the SS, Duplex, CS and Jacketed Piping. The overall achieved dia inches were ~ 50,000.• Timely completion of compressor unit in the brown field of Qatar Gas.• Generate the inspection requisition as per the QIP and resolves issues raised by the quality team. • Conduct daily progress meeting with planning team and management, update them regarding the progress, on site issues along with the best available solutions.

Pakistan

• I have completed my one-year training and appointed in the company as Executive Engineer. Worked in construction department of multiple project sites, where I was responsible for the fabrication and erection of piping and steel structure. Moreover, I have led the team of supervisors, resolved day to day technical and material availability issues, along with the consolidation of daily progress reports.Achievements as Executive Engineer: • Eni Pakistan - Bhit Gas Compression Projects.• OMV Pakistan / ABB S.p.A Italy - Sawan Gas Field Compression Project, • Bhp Billiton Pakistan - Wellhead setup fabrication and installation project.
