This includes facilitating consensus-building processes and coordinating individual projects within work plans. - Initiated and served as project manager for the Parks & Recreation Department's Asset Mapping Project to identify, locate, and describe physical assets across 178 city parks. The GIS database will lead to improved parks system master planning, maintenance operations, and customer service. - Co-Supervise 5 Healthy St. Pete Staff members and supervised 6 additional project staff for parks asset mapping project.- Facilitate trainings on HiAP, public health & planning, equity, and the Social Determinants of Health. Present to city council, committees, work groups, and community organizations.- Conduct community engagement and collaborate with community organizations to advance health and social equity. - Develop and distribute the Pinellas County HiAP Collaborative's and City's HiAP implementation toolkits, strategic plans, and educational materials.Given the nature HiAP, I have been privileged to work on several projects, programs, policies, and plans across various sectors including the following: economic & workforce development, parks planning, transportation planning (complete streets), food systems planning, community visioning, land use planning, policy development, social services planning, recreational programming, and facilities planning & design.
