Project Architect on large-scale public buildings and infrastructure and expertise in CLT construction and wood construction methods and techniques. As a sole proprietor, I provide a myriad of design services in both Finland and the United States. Design services range in scale from small scale projects and conceptual design to competition entries in both Finland and the European Union. I focus on thoughtful, environmentally solid, contextual design that brings Nordic design methodology to local climate needs.

Relevant experience continuing in construction documentation and schematic design on private sites in the Pacific Northwest, as well as assisting in office renovation and RFP selection process.

Worked on both Batik Apartments and Orion Apartments in Yesler Terrace and South Lake Union, respectively. Tasks included facade design, construction documentation and detailing, and subconsultant coordination. In addition to documentation, skills garnered in project proposal and city design review process. Worked together with all partners and principal architects in the firm on various RFPs/RFQs and applications, as well as client requested feasibility studies on various sites in the Pacific Northwest and California.

Worked on various Apple stores during schematic and design development phases in the Chinese market, continuing on work for Williams Sonoma brands in TI implementation on documentation for various WS brands across the North American market. Worked on Wellen surf brand pop-up shop in California, creating a store concept and design for prospective client with a small team at the Seattle office.
