Responsible for all Earthworks and Marine projects globally for the Bechtel Infrastructure Heavy Civil business. Manage the Estimating and Planning of work for all Earthworks, Marine and Cross GBU Projects; Oversee Profit & Loss, Safety and Quality responsibility for execution of these projects.

Responsible for the Bechtel Infrastructure Staffing, Execution, Estimating and Planning on all projects and prospects in North America. We are currently working multiple Gulf Coast LNG projects along with estimating work on numerous other LNG, Energy and Infrastructure projects.

Responsible for the Bechtel Infrastructure Staffing, Execution, Estimating and Planning of multiple LNG projects (Sabine Pass LNG, Corpus Christi LNG, Driftwood LNG, Port Arthur LNG, Rio Grande LNG) for multiple customers in the United States Gulf Coast. These are Lump Sum, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) mega projects.

Responsible Senior Project Manager for completing construction, starting up and handing over the CCL Stage 2 project at Corpus Christi for our customer Cheniere. Since 1898, we have helped customers complete more than 25,000 projects in 160 countries on all seven continents.

Project Manager - Next Decade, Rio Grande LNG Phase 2

Oversaw the Project Controls, Contracts and Accounting functions for 3 EPC Lump Sum LNG projects being executed in Texas and Louisiana.

Managed the Project Controls Field Program team for 3 lump sum LNG Projects being executed in Cameron Parish Louisiana.

Managed the Change program for 2 LNG Projects being executed in Cameron Louisiana. Was responsible for Internal trend teams (Field and Home Office) and Prime Contract scope changes with the client.

Managed the Cost team for all Direct Hire and Subcontract work on the Lump Sum Dulles Metro Rail project. Responsible for forecasting, tracking and mitigating all cost issues related to the project.

Planned and supervised the construction of the precast segmental concrete spans on the Aerial guideway structure of the Dulles Metro Project.

Formed and Managed complex Subcontracts for the Dulles Metro Rail Project. Managed large ($50M+) Design build subcontracts and purchase orders including negotiating change orders, approving invoices, schedules, correspondence and managing all commercial issues.

Managed Cost and Schedule for a Telecoms network upgrade project with AT&T for their US Cellular Network.

Worked in the Business Development group on proposals for new work and marketing efforts for Telecoms work (Analyze Market Trends, Proposal Assembly, Budget Management).
