Maintained and improved the housing authority’s evaluation standards and processes for grantee programs. Developed the Grants Budgets for BHA. Assisted with preparation of budgets for over 20 different properties/depts. Ensured properties stayed within budget. Responsible for approving and posting all cash receipts for various property types to include: Rural Development; Public Housing; Tax Credit; Project based Section 8 and market rate properties.
