About Jamie Kaplan

To relish in the past a bit, I built my professional foundation with over ten years of experience working at Walt Disney World. Yes, I may have started by jumping on mini race cars driven by youngsters or shooting people into the darkness of outer space, but the experience figuratively brought the world to my fingertips. I learned how to thrive in a fast-paced setting in one of the most diverse environments imaginable. I made it a point to not just accept everyone’s differences, but to cherish the differences that make everyone unique.Disney is also where I developed my passion for training. After all, you can’t expect employees to deliver world-class service if you don’t develop them to do so. My fondest memories working at Disney are while I was training others.I took the foundations I learned at Disney and applied them to my career in property management.
