Participate as requested in quantitative process management, software quality management, defect prevention, identifying, analyzing and identifying the cause of defects. Work with the Project Manager and team lead to correct problems. Assist the Project manager and Team lead in defect prevention activities and actively participate in process improvements as defined in the process change

BRET is a new project under IBM Internal Accounts (IIA) and will be part of the Special Bid e2e process for Business Partners (BP). Bid Risk Evaluation Tool (BRET) will read BP special bid requests & provide an indicator specifying whether a bid is from a Government Owned Entities (GOE). IBM's existing BP Bid Submission tools are integrating with the IBM Bid Risk Evaluation Tool (BRET) as source systems. BRET as of April 2015 identifies and highlights Bids for further review by assigned Center of Competencies (COC) for each Country/Region. Based on that update in the BRET Web Interface, administrators for BIDS in the source systems proceed with the Special Bid Process.Contribution: Develop new updates, support, response to client issues, Defect/Issue investigation, RTC ticket creation and update, SCRUM, documentation, database investigation.

Level 3 Developer and Maintenance/Support for x-config application | IBM Solutions DeliveryJuly 2014 - June 2015 x-config is an IBM System x proposal and configuration tool which is packaged as a standalone custom java application that is downloaded, installed and executed locally on users’ workstations. It supports the configuration of Microsoft Cluster, Linux Cluster e1350 and iDataplex solutions and its outputs include system diagram, floor layout, and point to point cabling. Contribution: Design, document, code, and unit test as assigned. Contribute to the team in general on such things as discovery of changes in standards, methods, task tracking. Built a full- fledged J2EE application called eOfficeSuite.eOfficeSuite is an integrated office application which leverages the productivity and convenience of IBM employees. Main modules include HR Information System, Clinic, Asset Management and Security. The project was completed in 1 year from requirement analysis to deployment and face-to-face presentation with clients.
