During my tenure I have also managed operations on an interim basis and take an active part in staff briefing, motivation and development. Responsibilities are per Dartex Coatings Ltd, with the added remit of aligning processes and reporting to the high standard now established within the UK business. Mostly managed remotely with quarterly visits to the Rhode Island manufacturing site (turnover $5M, 20 employees).

Bringing my governance experience into my children’s then primary school I worked with other volunteers to develop the schools strategy under very uncertain circumstances, recruiting and supporting staff and sitting on the Finance (Chair), H&S and Curriculum committees.
