Manage departmental Maintenance material and compensation budget of $1.2M. using the CMMS, Maximo. This includes leading and coaching eight direct reports.• Instrumental in the safe and successful installation of the new Soft Baked processing and packaging line. Coordinated all parts inventory, asset creation and job plans for preventative maintenance program for all equipment in the department.• Coached and Trained all duties and aspects of all levels of Manufacturing maintenance, to ensure we produce a quality product in a safe and reliable manner. • Coached and developed reports on the use and understanding of our CI program and processes, including, but not limited to; Breakdown elimination, Root Cause Analysis Defect Handling, Why-Why, and Fish bone driving reliable and consistent production performance.• Actively participated in Line Led activities for our Foundational Systems process, developing and planning the planned stop activities for the Mechanics for the day.• Led the process of maintenance planning and scheduling for all Planned Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.• Maintain all aspects of the CMMS system with regards to asset building, part number addition, Metrics review, planning and scheduling of all work within the department

Responsible for developing and delivering all technical training for a 650-employee site. • Reviewed and evaluated corporate GMI’s 8 Technology classes, Fasteners, Lubrication, Mechanical Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Sensors, and Servos and Drives.• Wrote Belvidere specific 8 Technology curriculum.• Scheduled, trained, and led other facilitators to assist in the roll out of each of the classes.

• Maintain and repair equipment in the various assigned rooms for our highspeed packaging lines, including Cereal bowl line, Cereal Single Pack lines, and Frozen Vegetable lines.• Follow GMP standards and processes.• Using our CI tools to keep equipment in reliable running condition using Breakdown elimination, Defect Handling, Why-Why, and Fish bone processes.• Lead Autonomous maintenance activities for two high speed packaging lines. Recognized as Corporate level CI Champions for 2007.
