I also assisted in the streamlining process and execution of the Employee Training Requests and Time and Attendance reporting functions. I traveled to other FmHA State offices to train employees on newly implemented systems. I trained in-house National Office employees on the FOCUS Ad-Hoc report writing system. I became the information contact for the FmHA National and State Offices as well as the National Finance Center.
