• Responsible for collaborating with Sales Teams, Controller, Directors of Sales and Sales Center Vice President to assist in staffing, training, and motivating Account Teams (Account Executives and Field Service.
• My team of 20 Field Service Managers and I were directly responsible for improving Accounts Receivables for $300,000,000 monthly revenue base, thus achieving and maintaining the number 2 ranking for the largest sales.
• Utilize the AT&T World Class Sales Leadership model to skillfully coach at all four levels (Role Model, Accomplished, Skilled and Novice)
• Serve as Sales Center advocate for mentor activities
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate training to Sales Center personnel as appropriate
• Coordinate escalation of problem issues to regional and headquarters levels and make recommendations for resolution
