I would apply these concepts to my own personal pursuits, such as bike racing and running.Later I discovered the joy of helping others succeed with these same concepts! I pursued a career in physical therapy, where I learned to connect deeply with others about their pain points and desired outcomes. I have found great meaning in helping others build bridges over their challenges and achieve their goals.I eventually designed a business concept to more effectively help others break past barriers and achieve their lofty dreams. I learned to continuously pivot to move past my own barriers to optimally serve those I committed to help.
