I’m a hungry, humble and smart Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of international experience in senior finance (Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer CFO) and operational roles (General Manager GM, Chief Operating Officer COO). I have a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams that transform how a business operates and deliver great outcomes to all stakeholders. I’ve always done this ensuring that everyone is empowered, engaged and supported to achieve and outperform shared targets. My team when Global GM (Divisional COO) at Intrepid had the highest employee engagement, smashed most of its goals and was seen as a leading team within the business. Possessing broad strong commercial skills as well as being a motivational leader, through performance improvement, strategy development and execution and business transformation I've delivered strong results. I’ve successfully led a variety of teams, from Sales, Marketing, Contracting, Systems and HR as well as Finance.Throughout my career I’ve managed and worked closely with many international teams and understand the different cultural approaches require to do so successfully. I’m as comfortable working with a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Founder as I am with an assistant accountant in Bangkok. With the changes COVID-19 has brought to Australian workplaces, especially working remotely will bring challenges, I’m in a unique position in that I’ve worked like this for many years already.
