I have discovered that the greatest gift that life has to offer is the opportunity to help another person have a better life. My first job was teaching swimming lessons and I have had a passion for teaching, coaching, and development ever since. Most people don't know their potential and it is my goal to reveal to people the gift of themselves.My whole career has been focused on building up leaders in a variety of industries. For the past 5 years, I have been able to serve as a Coach with SOS Leadership, an international organizational development firm. I have recently been named the Chief Growth Officer for SOS Leadership. I am helping the company grow its client base. SOS Leadership serves as the Tour Guide to next level growth for our client who want to build growth focused cultures. As part of my role, I personally serve as the Chief People Officer for clients like iPest Solutions. I help build their culture, train and coach their people and lead all of the people operations.
